What this site processes
We do not collect personal data directly through this site. The only information processed is what the hosting server records technically in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
Bookings
If you book by telephone or through the external platform, the details needed for the booking (name, telephone number, date and time) are used solely to manage it. Bookings made through the external platform are also processed by that platform's operator.
Your rights as a data subject
You have the right to be informed, of access, rectification, erasure (the 'right to be forgotten'), restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and not to be subject to automated decision-making.
